How does it work?
PostSmart allows you to enter your Print and Postal requirements into our secure servers, using a secure 256 bit encrypted upload procedure or via a Secured File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), ensuring your data remains protected at all times. PostSmart have carefully selected GDPR compliant Print and Production partners, so you can rest assured your letters are in the hands of some of the most secure print and production facilities in the country. Your letters will be produced to the highest quality standard, using state of the art print and production equipment, combined with the latest printing and enclosing technology, delivering complete assurance. Once produced PostSmart use trusted and reliable postal partners such as An Post, Royal Mail and leading Downstream Access providers such as Whistl, to delivery your letters.
Is PostSmart secure?
PostSmart uses 256-bit encryption and Secured File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), so you can be sure that your data is received safely at PostSmart, and will remain safe at all times when introduced into one of the most secure production facilities. Each production sites will have the highest level of both physical and IT security which enables PostSmart to process your letters with complete assurance.
How much can I save?
PostSmart’s considerable buying power help leverage the best rates in the market, and we pass on those significant cost savings of up to 50% onto you. However we also add value by saving you the time and hassle, so your business to focus on what it does best.
How long does it take to my letter to be posted?
*On deliveries to the Republic of Ireland typically 2-4 working days.
*On deliveries to the UK between typically 2-3 working days
*On deliveries to the European Union typically 3-7 working days
*On deliveries to the Rest of World typically 4-11 working days
*Not including national holidays.
How long does it take for my letters Printed & Packed?
If the file(s) are received by PostSmart before mid-day, typically the order will be Printed & Packed ready for despatch on the same day. If the files are received later that day the order will be Printed & Packed ready for despatch on the following day. This is subject to receipt of payment, as well as, volumes, because extra production time maybe required on larger print runs.
What happens to letters that cannot be delivered?
Those letters will be delivered back to the location on the return address of the envelope.
Who do I contact if I have a query?

Can I cancel a job?
It is not possible to cancel an order once submitted to PostSmart. Therefore the least costly time to fix a mistake is before you place your order, as once an order is paid for, we will produce it during our next available production slot. Therefore we urge you to carefully spend time proofing and double-checking everything very carefully before submitting your order with PostSmart Ltd.
Do I need to sign up to a contract?
PostSmart services are non-obligatory, so you can use us as little or as often as you like. And if the service isn’t for you then we thank you for the opportunity and wish you all the best.
How do I pay?
PostSmart let you pay-as-you-go. All jobs must be paid for at the time of placing the order via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We will shortly be offering credit/debit card payment options.
What happens to my data once the job is completed?
ALL files are securely disposed within 20 days of PostSmart receiving the files. You will be notified directly by email once this action has taken place.
How do I know when my letters have been posted?
In your ‘dashboard’ the status of the order will change to “completed”, once your letters have been posted.
Do I have visibility of what stage my job is within the process?
PostSmart like keep you updated on our progress and you can check the status of your order (at any time), in your client area. You will also receive status update notifications via email.
What file format do PostSmart accept?
Microsoft Word format (.doc), Microsoft Excel format (.excl) as an Adobe Acrobat file (.pdf) or in rich text format (.rtf)
How do I transfer my files securely to PostSmart?
Simply use the secure 256 bit encryption upload facility located in your “dashboard”. If your files are very large files, then don’t worry, follow the instructions in your “dashboard/2 and download FileZilla for FREE and use the Secured File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). Its very easy to use.
What do I need to use PostSmart?
All you need to access the system is a computer with internet access, and a web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer).
